Where these rules apply

Everywhere on cherrycam.live: your video, your audio, what is visible behind you, what you type in chat and messages, your profile, and live rooms. They apply in every country. Where your local law is stricter, follow your local law as well.

Rule 1 · Keep it non-explicit

No nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive posing or gestures on camera, and no sexual messages. cherrycam.live is a place for conversation. The person on the other side did not choose to see anything explicit, and being alone at home does not change that.

Rule 2 · Adults only

You must be 18 or over, and nobody under 18 may appear on your camera, including someone in the background. Trying to obtain sexual content from a minor, or to groom one, ends the account for good. See the child safety page.

Rule 3 · Treat the person on screen as a person

No harassment, threats, slurs or hate speech, and no targeting someone for their appearance, accent, country, gender or beliefs. Disagreeing is fine. Demeaning someone is not. If a conversation is not working, skip it.

Rule 4 · Be who you say you are

Do not pretend to be another person, a public figure, or a member of the cherrycam.live team, and do not mislead people about who you are or who you are connected to. No bots or automated accounts.

Rule 5 · Do not record other people

Do not record, screenshot or stream another user's camera feed, and do not pass on what they told you, without their consent. They agreed to talk to you, not to an audience.

Rule 6 · No selling, no scamming

No advertising, spam, payment requests, crypto pitches, malicious links, or attempts to move someone to another platform for money. Do not spread false or misleading information.

Rule 7 · Nothing illegal

No violence, self-harm, weapons shown as a threat, graphic or disturbing imagery, or illegal activity of any kind, including selling controlled substances.

Reporting and blocking

If someone breaks these rules, use the report and block tools in the app. Skipping ends the conversation at once; you do not need to stay to file a report. Reports are reviewed and we act on the ones that hold up.

If a report needs more than the in-app tools can carry, for example the same person bothering you across several sessions, or your image published somewhere else, write to [email protected] and include a link where there is one.

What happens when rules are broken

Depending on what happened, we may remove content, give a warning, limit matching, messaging or purchases, or suspend or close the account. We may keep relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities. Making a new account to get around a restriction is itself a breach.

If you think a decision about your account was a mistake, write to [email protected] with the rough date and time it happened. These guidelines sit alongside the terms of service; where the two seem to differ, the terms apply.
