What you are agreeing to

These terms cover cherrycam.live: the website, the matching and calls, messages, live rooms, purchases and the pages around them. Using the site means you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the community guidelines. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. If we update the terms and you keep using the site after the change applies, you accept the new version.

Who can use cherrycam.live?

Only people aged 18 or over, and over the minimum age where they live, who are legally allowed to use a service like this.

An account is created for you when you start, and you can upgrade it by signing in with Google or registering. Whatever you enter has to be accurate. You are responsible for what happens through your account, so keep your login private. Do not create accounts with false or stolen details, do not sell, rent or share an account, and do not try to get around security checks or limits. If you think someone else has got into your account, tell us straight away.

What does the service include?

Random 1-on-1 matching with video, voice or text chat, messages, live rooms, profiles, and paid items such as coins, VIP and gifts. Features can be added, changed, limited or removed at any time for legal, technical, safety or business reasons, and no feature is promised to stay available or to work without interruption.

Who you are matched with, whether anyone replies, and the quality of a call are not guaranteed. You decide whether to keep talking to someone and what to share with them.

What am I not allowed to do?

The full list is in the community guidelines. In short, do not use cherrycam.live to:

  • show or share sexual content, or anything involving a minor;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, extort or scam anyone, or pressure them into anything unsafe;
  • pretend to be someone else or mislead people about who you are;
  • record, screenshot or pass on another user's camera feed or messages without their consent;
  • post illegal, infringing, fraudulent or misleading material, or malicious links;
  • run spam, advertising or off-platform payment schemes;
  • use bots, scripts, scraping or reverse engineering against the service.

What happens to what I post?

Your display name, profile photo and public profile can be seen by other users and can be indexed by search engines. Only share what you are allowed to share and are comfortable making public. Deleting something here does not immediately remove it from search results or copies others have made.

You keep the rights to what you create. You give us the permission we reasonably need to host, show, store, process and moderate it so the service can work.

How do coins and VIP work?

Prices, what each item includes and how it can be used are shown on the purchase page before you pay. Payments are handled by third-party providers under their own terms.

Coins, VIP and other digital items have no cash value unless the law says otherwise. Purchases of digital items, and coins or services already used, are generally not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or the purchase page says so.

Chargebacks, payment fraud or suspected unauthorised use can lead to orders being cancelled, features being limited, or the account being reviewed or suspended. Access to things you bought depends on your account staying in good standing.

What if I break the rules?

We can look into suspected breaches of these terms, the guidelines, payment rules or the law, and act to protect users and the service. That can mean removing content, warnings, limits on matching, messaging or purchases, suspending or closing the account, cancelling transactions or taking back benefits where the rules allow, and keeping records to cooperate with lawful requests.

If your account is closed, some data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, and some records are kept where needed for legal, security, fraud or dispute reasons.

What about other companies' services?

Sign-in, payments, analytics, hosting and some links are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their content or availability and are not responsible for what happens on services we do not operate.

Who owns the site?

The software, design, branding and content of cherrycam.live belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, scrape, redistribute or reverse engineer them without permission. If you think something here infringes your rights, see the copyright page.

What do you not promise?

cherrycam.live is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or any particular result from using it, and we are not responsible for losses caused by other users, third-party services, events outside our reasonable control, or a login you did not keep safe. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away rights you have under privacy or consumer law.

Changes and questions

We update these terms when the service, the law or our safety needs change, and the date at the top moves with them. Questions go to [email protected].
