What belongs to us
The cherrycam.live name and logo, the site design, the software and the text on these pages belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Do not copy, scrape, republish or reverse engineer them without written permission.
What belongs to you
Your profile photo and anything else you create stay yours. By putting them on cherrycam.live you let us host, show, store and moderate them so the service works. Only upload what you have the right to use; if it infringes someone else's rights, you are responsible for that.
Asking us to take something down
If something on cherrycam.live uses your copyrighted work, or your image, without permission, email [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:
- your name and how to reach you;
- what the work is, or a link to where the original appears;
- the exact link or profile on cherrycam.live where it is being used;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or are allowed to act for the owner;
- your signature: typing your full name is enough.
A notice with all of this can be acted on directly. Without it we usually have to write back and ask.
What happens next
We review the notice and, if it holds up, remove or disable the material. The user who posted it may be told it was removed and why. Repeated infringement can lead to the account being closed.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with your reasons to [email protected]. Sending a notice that you know is false can make you responsible for the harm it causes.
